3. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
  1. Eligibility
    • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items during shipping.
    • Any claim must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  2. Process
    • Contact our support team with your order number and evidence of the issue.
    • Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Customised products or personalised orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of claim approval.
