Welcome to IGO Direct. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
  1. Orders
    • All products are made-to-order (MTO) based on your specifications.
    • Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
    • Estimated production and delivery times will be provided at checkout but are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
  2. Ownership & Product Information
    • All products displayed on our website are owned and fulfilled by IGO Direct.
    • We strive for accurate product descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to the MTO nature.
  3. Payment
    • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
    • Prices include UK import duties and delivery to your door.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    • IGO Direct is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping partners, or unforeseen production issues.
    • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
